The ReSES.net monitoring program is designed to help asset managers make informed decisions about when to repair or replace, and to avoid unscheduled outages.
Automated reports point to machines and machine components that require attention and include fault type, severity, recommended next action and priority. This enables better planning, optimizing resource deployment and avoiding catastrophic failures and unplanned downtime.
The RESES.net monitoring program is built around a portable data logger that is used to 1) collect machine vibration data and 2) transfer this data to the system database via a mobile device. The data logger has a vibration sensor that mounts to pre- installed measuring studs on the machines. Data collection is via single button push and requires no vibration monitoring subject matter expertise. Once the new dataset is received in the database a machine condition report is automatically generated within 72 hours.
